My story
For more than 9 years I have been advising people in connection with their conflicts at the workplace.
During my studies and throughout my entire practical work, I consistently focused on labor law. After completing my specialist lawyer course, this also led to the Koblenz Bar Association bestowing me the title of "specialist lawyer for employment law".

However, my many years of experience as a lawyer have also shown me that there are conflicts that can be resolved more effectively and sustainably if the parties work together constructively to find a solution. This is particularly important if the relationship between the parties is to continue. In 2023, I therefore also completed further training to become a mediator at the FernUniversität in Hagen.
​
Since starting my own business (October 2023), I therefore have been able to offer my clients a very extensive service as a lawyer and mediator and a suitable solution process for any kind of conflict.
