My story
I have been practising exclusively employment law since 2015 – today with a clear focus on dismissals, unfair dismissal claims and termination agreements.

Employment law has been my focus throughout my studies and my entire professional career. After completing the specialist lawyer course, I was awarded the title "Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht" (certified specialist in employment law) by the Koblenz Bar Association in 2019. Since then, I have regularly undertaken further training, particularly in dismissal protection law.
In 2023, I also completed training as a mediator at the FernUniversität in Hagen. My clients benefit from this above all in negotiations: I represent their interests clearly and firmly, while always keeping an eye on where a good settlement is possible.
Since October 2023, I have run my own law practice based in Kassel. I work entirely digitally – by phone, email and video call. This allows me to represent employees and executives throughout Germany.
